Challenge:The project presents challenges on two fronts. On one hand, the available exterior space is limited and constrained by surrounding buildings. On the other, the outdoor installation necessitates a high level of weather resistance for the elevator.
Solution: First, to address the issue of limited exterior space, we offer specialized customization services: we conduct on-site surveys, prepare technical drawings, and proceed with production only after obtaining the client’s final confirmation.
To address the second challenge and ensure greater structural integrity, we have connected the elevator shaft to the main building structure using numerous metal rods, thereby enhancing the equipment’s wind resistance.

Solution: We recommend that clients arrange for the construction team to excavate a deep pit at the elevator installation site and pour concrete over a reinforcing steel mesh at the bottom to enhance load-bearing capacity.

Solution: First, we installed high-strength steel windproof support rods on the top of the elevator to make the equipment more stable. Secondly, after conducting an on-site survey, we will tailor the installation location according to the customer’s needs.
After evaluation, we decided to install it in the connecting corridor and at the entrance door. Because the ground floor has a roof for shelter, people won’t get wet when entering or exiting the elevator, and it’s also safer for the elderly and children.

Challenge: First, the elevator is stuck in a U-shaped corner of the wall, with little surrounding space, making it inconvenient for workers to carry out construction inside. Secondly, reserving a location near a window can easily block indoor lighting. Finally, having two sides against a wall makes it easy for water to accumulate on top.
Solution: First, we adopted a modular design and pre-assembled the necessary components in an open area outside the site. Secondly, we chose ultra-clear tempered glass that allows light to pass through on all four sides to ensure that it does not affect indoor lighting as much as possible. Third, we designed a transparent protective cover on the top of the elevator, which will not affect the aesthetics and can also prevent water accumulation.

In addition, the internal temperature of the all-glass shaft is high under strong sunlight, heavy rain, or summer sun exposure, which can easily cause the control box and motor to trip due to high temperature.
Solution: When designing this elevator, we installed double-layer thickened vibration damping and sound insulation devices on the counterweight frame, car bottom steps, and other components. Furthermore, we moved the main control box to a cool, shady spot indoors and installed an exhaust system on the top of the elevator to ensure a comfortable temperature inside the elevator car.
