Challenge: First, the foundation for the house was already in place, and the client wanted a simple and short construction process. Second, the original site had a dense and crisscrossing network of utility lines.
Solutions: We tailor solutions for our clients, requiring only a shallow 20cm pit to place the core components on the top and back of the elevator, thus avoiding impact on the foundation and minimizing the need for deep pits to extend the construction period. Secondly, we organized and isolated the surrounding water and electricity lines, arranging all the lines neatly around the elevator to ensure they did not interfere with its operation. This maintained the integrity of the wiring while preventing any potential hazards during elevator operation.

Challenge: The main challenges were integrating the elevator into the building and the customer’s desire for ample natural light inside the elevator car; therefore, a concrete shaft was not constructed.
Solutions: First, we adopted a customized design, adding a starry sky ceiling and a versatile gray frame, and using transparent glass as the interior walls of the car, based on the decoration style and needs of the client’s residence. Secondly, to solve the problem of the lack of a cement shaft, we installed a glass shaft, which does not affect the lighting and can also be integrated with the residential area.

Challenge: The biggest challenge in this installation came from integrating the limited space with the staircase structure. The reserved installation location was right next to the staircase, with a floor slab above it and a wall on the right. The elevator needed to maintain sufficient installation and operating space without affecting the building structure.
Solutions: First, we sent technicians to the site to take measurements. Based on the site dimensions and building structure, we customized the stainless steel shaft frame, car dimensions, and door dimensions.
In addition, to ensure sufficient space in the elevator car, we selected thin-walled but high-strength materials and optimized the wiring, placing some core components around the elevator shaft. This further freed up space within the shaft.

We will conduct a detailed inspection of the door interlocking system, overload protection, buffers, limit switches, safety touch panels, and other safety devices to ensure they are properly installed and functioning correctly. We will also simulate the response of these safety devices under various conditions.
Emergency Testing
We also test the emergency descent, emergency stop, emergency alarm, emergency lighting, and backup elevators in the event of a power outage, malfunction, or emergency, to ensure that the elevator can safely return to the floor and protect the safety of users.
Performance Testing

Based on our home passenger elevators, for single-person use, a car size of approximately 800 × 800 mm to 900 × 1000 mm is sufficient, and the interior space is very comfortable.
