Projects Case
Below are some recent examples of the shaftless home elevators we have sold and installed; these cases will help you gain a better understanding of our work.

Location: Shandong, China
Project Type:Two interconnected self-built houses
Challenge:The installation location is between two buildings, with limited space. Furthermore, it’s an outdoor installation, lacking the traditional concrete elevator shaft and susceptible to moisture damage.
Solution: Based on the site conditions, we designed the car dimensions to be 960*1020mm, with an overall footprint of 1290*1460mm.
Furthermore, to maintain structural stability and overall aesthetics, we use an aluminum alloy frame with a glass shell to form a glass shaft, replacing the traditional concrete shaft.
Finally, to address the issue of external moisture, we implemented a waterproof design on the top and applied waterproof technology to all components. Core accessories were also sealed to ensure durability even in outdoor environments.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Project Type:Existing Private Villas
Challenge:There was no available space inside the house to install an elevator, and the client did not want to damage the original house structure. There were no load-bearing walls at the installation location.
Solution:Based on the on-site assessment, we recommend installing our home shaftless elevator in the center of the staircase. It comes with a high-strength aluminum alloy frame and does not require floor slab openings.
In addition, to make the overall structure more stable, we strengthened the rigid fixation of the top floor slab and the bottom ground. For example, steel plates were pre-embedded in the bottom ground, and then the base and steel plates were welded tightly together. The top was locked with custom-made thick steel plates and high-strength bolts.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Project Type:New Duplex House
Challenge:The client requires single-use, installation space is limited, and a glass shaft cannot be installed on-site. Furthermore, the installation location is very close to both the elevator and the stairs.
Solution:To accommodate the compact installation dimensions, our car design measures 510mm x 520mm, with an overall footprint of 760mm x 1000mm. Furthermore, to maximize car space, we’ve positioned the guide/support structure at the rear of the car, preventing friction between the elevator and the stairs during operation, thus improving space utilization and safety.

Site Assessment
We support both on-site measurement and remote measurement guidance, with coverage worldwide. We will tailor the elevator dimensions and design/installation plan for your project based on the site conditions and the reserved space.
⬇
Foundation & Structural Preparation
Before installing a home shaftless elevator, on-site preparation work needs to be done, including opening holes in the floor slab or reinforcing certain walls as necessary.
Guide Rail & Support Structure Installation
First, the guide rails are installed. Our experienced workers will precisely fix the guide rails to the wall, ensuring they are perpendicular to the ground at a 90° angle. We use T75 high-strength guide rails, which provide stable support for the main structure after installation.
⬇
Drive System and Car Installation
Install drive systems. We offer two core systems: traction drive and hydraulic drive.
Traction system: We fix the traction machine to the top of the elevator or inside the support frame, and perform precise positioning and calibration of the traction sheave. Next, the wire rope is installed according to the designed route, ensuring it correctly passes around the traction sheave. One end of the wire rope is connected to the car, and the other end is connected to the counterweight.
We use permanent magnet synchronous traction machines, nylon wheels, and high-load steel wire ropes to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Hydraulic drive: First, in order to maintain the 1:2 transmission structure, we installed the hydraulic pump station on the side of the elevator. Subsequently, the hydraulic cylinder and related pulley assembly were installed, and the wire rope was connected according to the design route, with one end connected to the car and the other end connected to the fixed structure.
We select Italian and German silent hydraulic pump station systems, Italian hydraulic system explosion-proof devices, and hydraulic self-locking devices for each customer.
Afterwards, the car is assembled and installed on the guide rails, and its position is adjusted to ensure accurate running direction and precise stopping position.
⬇
Door System and Control System Installation
Next, the technicians installed the doors on each floor and the doors in the car, ensuring that each door could open and close smoothly and close tightly.
As a manufacturer offering in-depth customization services, we provide two main door opening methods: automatic doors and electric doors, along with a variety of additional door styles, including trendy doors, center-opening doors, side-opening doors, manual doors, electric doors, and bi-fold doors.
After the elevator doors are installed, the control system is placed. We have optimized the control cabinet, making it smaller and more efficient, and it can be placed in your designated location.
⬇
Safety and Electrical System Installation
Install all necessary safety protection devices, including ARD and UPS. Additionally, accurately connect the wiring for all systems according to the electrical schematic. Our elevators use an independent circuit, so they will not affect other household appliances when they are running.
⬇
System Debugging and Final Acceptance
After installation, we will test each system and the overall equipment. The installation service will only be completed when you confirm and sign the acceptance documents.
If needed, we can assist with the acceptance process and provide you with technical documentation and a certificate of conformity.

What Our Customers Say
The price of our shaftless home elevators is affected by a variety of factors, such as the number of floors, specific configuration, and site conditions.
The number of floors is one of the most important factors affecting the price.
For 2-3 story homes, prices range from approximately $3,500 to $8,000.
For 4-5 story homes, prices range from approximately $8,000 to $12,000.
And for taller 6-7 story homes, prices can reach as high as $20,000.
Our shaftless home elevator is extremely safe, incorporating multiple safety features, including an overspeed limiter, a fall arrestor, an emergency power supply, automatic leveling during power outages, anti-pinch safety touch panels, and anti-pinch light curtain sensors. It can anticipate and eliminate dangers, ensuring safety every time it is used.
The weight limit for this shaftless home elevator is determined by the elevator’s maximum load capacity. We support customized home elevators with load capacities ranging from 250kg to 630kg.
In addition, we have installed overload sensors in the elevators. When an elevator is overloaded, it will automatically sound an alarm and cease operation. The elevator can only be used again once its rated load capacity has been restored.
For different projects, there is no best shaftless home elevator, only the most suitable one.
However, through comprehensive evaluation, traction-driven shaftless home elevators are relatively superior to hydraulically driven ones.
Traction home elevators are technologically mature, energy-efficient, and widely applicable, especially suitable for high-rise residential buildings. Hydraulic elevators, however, are cheaper and have a larger load capacity, making them suitable for projects with limited budgets.
Yes, it can be installed on the outside of a house.
Yes, we have backup power. In the event of a power outage, you will be taken to your designated floor.
