It depends on your installation needs. Elevators without machine rooms are more suitable for low-rise buildings (2-7 floors), and are ideal for typical residential buildings, villas, and apartments. For buildings exceeding 7 floors or with a lifting height of more than 21 meters, an elevator with a machine room is recommended. For other situations, such as elevators requiring a separate machine room, follow the corresponding requirements.
Compared to traditional elevators with machine rooms, machine room less elevators are slightly more complex to repair, but routine inspection and maintenance are relatively simple.
We offer both hydraulic and traction-type machine room less elevators. Hydraulic elevators are recommended for lifting heights within 2 floors (6-8 meters), while traction-type elevators are recommended for lifting heights exceeding three floors (but not exceeding 21 meters).
