Our gearless traction elevators utilize a superior variable frequency and voltage control drive system. It mainly consists of a main circuit, dual microcomputers, a current command circuit, a current control circuit, a PWM pulse width modulation control circuit, and detection devices, ensuring smooth and comfortable operation. The drive system can operate in both motor and generator modes, reducing energy consumption. Furthermore, the drive system uses entirely power semiconductor devices, significantly improving efficiency. In addition, the control system uses only semiconductor integrated devices or large-scale integrated circuits and microcomputer systems, resulting in a smaller size and reduced noise.
Multiple Protective Measures
Our gearless traction elevators offer high safety, equipped with electric door anti-pinch function, manual door light curtain sensors, and automatic power cut-off upon door opening. Even during a power outage at home, the elevator remains operational, automatically leveling to the nearest floor, and the door lock opens. The materials and workmanship are of high quality, with the entire frame constructed using steel plate bending technology, without a single welding point, and a thickness of up to 5mm. The speed limiter and safety brake components are shipped in their original factory packaging.
