Where Can your Hydraulic Elevator Be Installed?
Anter home Elevators offers a variety of installation options. Indoor installations include standard living room, stairwell gaps, closet-to-closet installations, walk-in closet installations, and installations on sloping/vaulted ceilings. Outdoor installations include villas, duplexes, and apartment building facades. In short, our elevators can be installed as long as one side is against a wall. Therefore, you don’t need to worry about the elevator being incompatible with your installation; we exist to meet your needs.

What is Hydraulic Elevator
A hydraulic lift is driven by hydraulic pressure. A hydraulic power source forces hydraulic oil into a cylinder, causing a piston to move linearly. This movement of the car is indirectly propelled by steel cables or chains. A hydraulic elevator is an integrated electromechanical and electro-hydraulic product, composed of the following relatively independent but interconnected systems: a pump station system, a hydraulic system, a guiding system, a car, a door system, an electrical control system, and a safety protection system.
Hydraulic lifts systems offer smooth power transmission, minimal vibration during ascent and descent, high adaptability, high safety, and affordability, no need for a machine room. Therefore, choosing a hydraulic elevator remains a good option now and in the future.

Modular Design of Anter Hydraulic Elevator
Anter hydraulic elevators adopt a modular design, divided into several parts according to structural functions, which facilitates simple installation. Only a hole needs to be opened in the ceiling, no pit/holeless and machine room design, thus saving space. They have a wide range of applications and are easy to maintain and upgrade later. Only a specific module needs to be upgraded or replaced as needed, without replacing the entire elevator, which also saves on future maintenance costs, achieving great results with little investment.

The Certifications and Honors of Anter Hydraulic Elevator
Anter Elevator Company has received numerous honors for many consecutive years, including being recognized as a trustworthy service provider and a company prioritizing quality service and credit. Having relevant certifications, it was acclaimed as one of the most recommended companies in 2024 and is a model for China home elevator manufacturers. Furthermore, regarding our products, our elevators possess CCC, ISO9001, ECM, and CE certifications, meeting international standards. Whether for personal use or resale, our products are reliable and meet the import qualifications required by certain countries, eliminating concerns about potential.
High-performance Mini Control Cabinet
Anter Hydraulic Elevators utilize high-performance mini controller, offering a compact size with extensive functionality. Our control cabinets have dimensions of 400*500*200 mm, making them small, easy to transport and install, and aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, we have replaced multiple electrical components with a single main control board. This highly integrated main control board ensures more stable operation. We have also reduced the wiring within the control box, preventing loose connections. The internal wiring of this control cabinet uses international standard wires, resulting in a lower failure rate.

Our hydraulic elevators come in two types: hydraulic backpack elevators and hydraulic gantry elevators. We can recommend one based on your specific needs.
Our elevators are extremely safe, equipped with six major safety features and automatic emergency rescue during power outages. They also have remote monitoring capabilities, ensuring that every trip for you and your family is smooth and safe.
Although hydraulic elevators are products of several centuries ago, they remain a trend now and will continue to be so in the future, unlikely to be phased out in the next few decades. Hydraulic elevators offer several advantages: First, they operate with lower noise levels than traction elevators. Second, they are space-efficient, requiring only a load-bearing wall instead of a dedicated machine room, making them a good option for homes already renovated and looking to add an elevator. Finally, hydraulic elevators are less expensive than traction elevators, making them ideal for families with limited budgets. In short, hydraulic elevators remain the most widely used type of elevator, and their numbers are not expected to decrease significantly in the future.
The driving principles are different: hydraulic elevators rely on a hydraulic power source, while traction elevators primarily operate through the friction between the traction sheave and steel ropes. In terms of performance, traction elevators are stable, fast, and quiet, while hydraulic elevators are relatively noisy and slower.
Hydraulic elevators are slower than traction elevators, with a speed between 0.1m/s and 0.2m/s, making them more suitable for floors of 2-4 stories.

Working principle of hydraulic elevators
When the elevator ascends, the hydraulic pump station provides the necessary pressure differential for upward movement. The valve assembly on the pump station controls the flow of hydraulic oil, which pushes the plunger in the hydraulic cylinder upward, thus propelling the elevator upward.
When the elevator descends, the valve assembly opens, utilizing the weight of the car (the weight of the users) to create a pressure differential. This causes the hydraulic oil to flow back into the hydraulic oil tank, propelling the elevator downward (the speed is controlled by the valve assembly).
The Cost-effectiveness of hydraulic elevators
Compared to traction elevators, hydraulic elevators are more affordable and offer better value for money in meeting the needs of families moving between floors. Firstly, the drive system of a hydraulic elevator has a relatively simple structure, and the manufacturing cost of its core components is also relatively low. Secondly, hydraulic elevators do not require complex machine rooms and have very low requirements for the shaft, eliminating the need for civil engineering modifications. This makes them ideal for elevator installation in older buildings and in situations where environmental modifications are limited. Furthermore, due to their simple structure, hydraulic elevators have a lower failure rate, significantly reducing daily maintenance costs. Therefore, choosing a hydraulic elevator is a cost-effective option.
