The Through Floor Elevators  has CE certification, and all materials and components used in production undergo quality inspection.  It is applied to buildings based on the building’s structural framework. The elevator doors have proximity sensors; if a person extends their body into the elevator door area, the elevator will automatically stop to prevent pinching. The elevator car also has a safety sensor at the bottom; the elevator will not operate and will pause if a person is detected beneath it.

First, the floor’s load-bearing capacity must be greater than 400 kg/m².  Older houses with wooden floors require structural reinforcement.
